About the role 

We are seeking a visionary and passionate UX Designer that will apply Human-Centred Design to a variety of projects that integrate UX and insight into products, services, and environments. UX Designers help to craft new design deliverables and continual refinement of existing ones. 

UX Designers participate in workshops, concept sprints to inject design tools and methodologies to produce tangible results in rapid and iterative ways working with Principals and Directors. In addition to delivering great work, UX Designers help to define and maintain the processes by which Products and Services are crafted – with a clear focus on delivering efficiency, consistency, and quality in four design areas; Skills, Toolkits, Collaboration, and Design Value, and always ensuring their team stays connected to the wider business, is happy and is thriving.

Key Qualifications

• Define the visual UX and visual and interaction model for client experiences and beyond and ensure designs are cohesive and coherent product experiences, utilizing design patterns.

• Conduct many types of design research, including usability tests and contextual research, and translate research findings into compelling and actionable insights and exciting designs.

• Fluency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative, and the others and fluency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative, and the others.

• Produce high-quality designs, create innovative user-centered solutions and work with stakeholders to distill project goals and objectives into project requirements.

• Fluency with both mobile and responsive web design principles and best practices and animation skills as they relate to product UI design to enhance the user experience.

• Sharing knowledge and skills with the rest of the team’s best practices, and other trends and promoting UX design at Umain and in the broader UX design community.

• Has a positive attitude and approaches problems and teammates with compassion and optimism
• Has a valid work permit and residence permit for Sweden
• A minimum of 4 years experience as a UX Designer, and please submit a portfolio with your application
