But what we all share is a passion for creating great work for our clients. About the Role

We are looking for an amazing Project Manager - someone who will help our studios to solve problems and shape ideas, and to find the best ways to drive digital impact for their clients. We are looking for someone who loves and knows the Project Management domain, who obsesses about creating amazing plans, statements of work and ensures the program of work is continuously evolving and optimized towards the project teams delivering on the Studios work.

As a Project Manager, you will have 4 primary missions:

  • To develop relationships with client Project/Program/Delivery teams and stakeholders, by truly getting to know their programmes of work and their priorities, and the impact and outcomes they're seeking to realise for their business
  • To shape our client work, by ensuring we have clear scope, by working with departments to estimate projects, and by creating great SOWs (Statements of Work / contracts
  • To manage and lead projects, timelines, squads, stakeholders and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the impact goals.
  • To identify new ways for us to add greater agency impact, by identifying profit maximisation opportunities, and managing and ultimately eliminating risks

You will be a collaborator within a Studio; you'll work day-to-day with the other leaders within your Studio - a collection of Product, Technology and Design leaders, who collectively own our relationships with a portfolio of clients. And you'll work with project teams who are supporting the Studio through Discover, Define, Design, Build, Evaluate and Optimise activities.
