About the Role

As a QA Specialist, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality. QA Specialists are to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Key Qualifications 

 

  • Write user test cases for the project/client that you are assigned to.
  • Create bug reports with comprehensive information on them so that producers and developers can replicate the report if possible.
  • Get a deep understanding of each project you work on so that you are aware of all systems involved.
  • Be able to use tools such as “Charles” to see network traffic and be able to see how this can affect the project.
  • Perform exploratory testing on iOS/Android/Web
  • Perform regression testing on iOS/Android/Web
  • Perform functional testing on on iOS/Android/Web

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Time report in Visma accurately and on time.
  • Attend staff meetings in a timely manner whether within the department or company wide.
  • Adhere to company policies and strategies.
  • Has a valid work permit and residence permit for Sweden
